Jeffrey Roberts, President & CEO
Jeff's background is both in business-formation, corporate finance and operations. With an undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and a Masters in Finance from Seattle University, Jeff was a founding team-member of Central Media, Inc., (acquired by DG Systems (NASDAQ: DGIT), and later presided as a Senior Vice President for Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Science division. While at Comerica, Jeff was responsible for allocating and managing over $600 million in Senior debt over a nine-year period.
Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees as Treasurer for Henry's Fork Foundation, an Idaho-based conservation organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the natural surroundings and resources within the Upper Henry's Fork Watershed. [Email: jeff.r@aircaresolutionsgroup.com]
Daniel Sparkman, Vice President Finance
Prior to his role as AirCare Solutions Group's Vice President of Finance, Daniel was Assistant Vice President for Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Science division in Seattle where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of over $250M in senior-secured debt financing. Daniel holds a degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and has over a decade of experience in financing, accounting and management.
Martin Hamilton, Vice President Business Development and Marketing
After six years of corporate communications and design agency experience working with companies such as Emhart Glass, Ingersoll-Rand and Corning Inc., Martin joined aircraft cabin systems supplier Pacific Systems in Kirkland, WA as Manager of Marketing. With the acquisition of Pacific Systems by leading in-flight entertainment supplier Airshow Inc. (now part of Rockwell Collins), Martin directed marketing for the combined companies and led campaigns introducing the Airshow Network and the first airborne satellite television system to business aviation.
Prior to joining Aircare Solutions Group, Martin spent the past twelve years providing senior management consulting for aviation and avionics companies such as Jet Fleet International, Rogerson-Kratos, DPI Labs, Zodiac Aerospace, TrueNorth Avionics, and Global Aviation. Dr. Brad E. Waite, D.O.
Brad has been Board Certified in Emergency Medicine since 1987. He is currently a protocol review physician with the Western Institutional Review Board; an emergency physician in Olympia, WA; as well as the drug testing crew chief for the US Olympic Committee. Brad has been a flight surgeon and the Chief of Aeromedical Services at McChord Air Force Base. He is a private pilot, FAA Senior Medical Examiner and the Medical Program Director for Aircare FACTS Training/AirCare International.
